PPSU Offices in Kelapa Island Evaluated Gradually

Whole performance of Infrastructures and Public Facilities Handling (PPSU) officers in Kelapa Island Urban Village, North Seribu Islands, keeps being monitored. Gradually evaluation makes the officers more discipline.

Evaluation is important to do for knowing how far the officers have done their duty well and correctly

"Evaluation is important to do for knowing how far the officers have done their duty well and correctly," said Kelapa Island Urban Village Head, Muhammad Yani, Thursday (12/3).

According to him, in doing their job, the officers must be always discipline with high working ethos. Because the fund used for their salary and activities are from residents as well.

"During the evaluation, the unruly officers have been warned," he disclosed.

Working pattern of the officers is divided per group, per RT/RW and in public facilities and parks. With working hours in the morning and afternoon, as for night alternately per 10 days from 45 existing officers starting in the afternoon until mid night.
